The exterior walls of Dede& Randy's beautiful 2 story canyon cabin was deteriorating. This side of the cabin had sections that were pieced together from scraps of wood. There was warping & cracking from moisture- the seams had not been sealed, all the bats were separating from the board and the paint was peeling or left unpainted from past repairs. 

Large gap btwn the fireplace & wall. Gaps were filled and entire length of seam sealed.

We salvaged by spackling & re-securing some of the bats and replacing ones that were too deteriorated to salvage. 

Every crack and wood board transition was spackled & sanded. Every seam was caulked.  Entire wall was sealed. 

Looking all new with a final coat of primer & paint.
