The exterior of Rachel's beautiful childhood family home was badly deteriorated and most of the window frames termite damaged. Her stucco walls were cracked & peeling. The whole house needed a makeover. 

Termite damaged wood was cut away, the remainder treated for prevention and replaced with new wood. 

Gouges and broken off pieces of wood are reformed with filler and painted. 

Most of the windows had sections that needed to be reglazed.

Outer edges of window & seam within are all caulked & sealed before painting.

The garage/back house staircase had extensive termite damage. The damaged wood was cut off and new wood was installed. 

The eaves around the backhouse/garage were badly deteriorated from termites & weather. We cut away what could not be saved, replaced with new wood  & treated the remaining wood. Seams were caulked and then everything primed.
